TRANSFER DESIGN ORDER POLICY
Texas customers must submit a business sales tax permit with order.
Minimum
1st opening order: $100.00, re-orders : $50.00
6 pieces per design or however the design comes to a sheet.
Shipping and Handling Charges
All orders received by 1:00 pm ( Texas---Central time zone ) will be shipped the same day; orders after 1:00 pm will be shipped the next business
day.
All orders will be charged for shipping & handling.
Return Policy --- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
1. Any damaged goods or incorrect items must be reported within 1 business day from receipt of order. All items must be in original
packaging.
2. Include the original invoice sales receipt with your return and send your returning order to us with a carrier that provides a package
tracking number (We are not responsible for lost packages).
3. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
4. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. The returned items will be credited back to the original method of payment.
5. Call 972-262-2266 for an authorization number.
