We take pride on the quality of our products and hope you're completely satisfied, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll accept the exchange or return of any item that is defective or wrongly delivered.
FOLLOW THIS GUIDE WHEN ASKING FOR A REFUND:
Contact the office no later than 5 business days since you get the goods. Explain how and where the transfers are defective or wrongly delivered, and provide photos by email that can clearly show error or the defection on the goods. Items delivered correctly and in perfect condition will not be exchanged.
Once we confirm the issue, please send all the goods to JJ MOTIFF within 3 business days of return approval. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Merchandise must be unused and its original package. Please include a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number.
If you wish to exchange the wrongly delivered or defective product with another product, please be advised that we will charge you for the replacement items (excluding the shipping), and you will receive your refund when we received the goods.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and send the package via a carrier that provides you with a tracking number, in case your package is lost in transit. We cannot provide any refunds if we do not receive the goods being returned.
Upon receipt of the goods, we'll issue a refund for the full purchase to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Custom designs are not returnable; please do not return any custom products as you will not be given a refund.
